Chopper 12 above Belt Parkway police-involved shooting; 3 suspects at large

The Belt Parkway reopened Sunday after police stopped a car of men who they say stole catalytic converters from vehicles in Brooklyn. The NYPD says when police tried to approach the car on the parkway, the suspects aimed their vehicle at an officer. They say that’s when police fired three shots at the car’s tires to stop it.
